What should be paid attention to before PVC processing
[2018-12-03]

Due to the fact that PVC materials are very sensitive to heat, the molding process is very sensitive to temperature, and the molding temperature range is very narrow. Because the excessive sol temperature or excessive heating time is easy to decompose PVC, the melt of PVC is controlled. Temperature is the key to PVC forming. In the PVC processing process, the heat source of the melt mainly includes: the shearing of the screw to the plastic and the heating temperature of the barrel, so the processing temperature must be controlled in the process and the cutting of the screw should be precisely controlled.
So what should you pay attention to before and after PVC processing? Will it have a major impact on PVC forming? Here are some points to note before and after processing:
       1. PVC raw materials or pellets must use the products of regular manufacturers, because many small manufacturers are not standardized, it is easy to mix impurities or other plastics in the production process. Impurities or other plastics have a huge impact on PVC molding due to different molding conditions and PVC. The material loss is small and the machine scrap is large.
As a manufacturer with 20 years of experience in PVC modification, Jinlida New Materials strictly controls the process and product quality control of products, and is an ideal choice for customers to choose PVC pellets.
       2. PVC material should be dried at 60-80 °C for 1-2 hours before use, because if the material is mixed with water, it will cause surface scratches. If Jinlida's PVC material is just shipped from the factory, it can be directly produced without drying. Of course, the premise is that it does not encounter rainy days during transportation.
       3. The PVC material must be cleaned before shutdown. If the PVC material stays in the barrel for a long time, it will corrode the machine. It is best to clean the screw and barrel with PP material.
